Is the delivery/shipping free?

The minimum order value is Rs/- 500 to get free delivery on order.

How much time will it take for the order to reach me/ get delivered?

Usually it takes 4-5 days, in some cases even less than that. 

What is the return policy?

In case the product got damaged due to courier, we will accept the returns within 7 days from delivery. Customers who contact us after the 7 day period will not be entertained. To initiate a return, the customers can write to us rawtech7@gmail.com.

What are the payment methods available?

We accept payments via Debit/Credit cards (MasterCard/Visa/Rupay) net banking for prepaid orders. You can use Google Pay/ Paytm / UPI for the payment.

Is COD (cash on delivery) available?

Not at the moment.

What is the expiry date of the products?

Generally there is no expiry of the Rawtech Auto Care & Home Care Products however; it is recommended that you use the products between 24 months from manufacturing.

Can I use your products on all vehicles and motorcycles?

Absolutely Yes

Can I use these products of home furniture, rubber and plastic products?

Only the products that are recommended for use on furniture, rubber and plastic products should be used on the aforementioned products.

Are these products environmental friendly/ PH balanced?

Yes, absolutely!

How can I track my orders?

Through the AWB numbers that are provided to the customers on behalf of team Rawtech.

How can I cancel my orders?

Can I cancel or make changes to an order?

Customer can only cancel the order if it is not yet dispatched from our end. 

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

If the customer receives a damaged parcel, they can contact us at customer care (rawtech7@gmail.com) and upon confirming the order condition, we will resend the order.

What do I do if I am missing an item from my order?

In such a case, the customer can contact us at customer care and we will dispatch the missing orders.

I purchased your products from a third party site/ store/ dealer. Can you still help me?

Our team can assist the customers in case they need assistance in product usage however, in case of any return or order related concern’s kindly contact the dealer/ third party organization.
